TriZetto Provider Solutions - ERA Issues We have noticed an error when attempting to download ERA's in accounting. If you have TPS (TriZetto Provider Solutions), you will need to refresh the credentials by following the steps below:
Go to CTAccounting >> Maintenance >> Trading partners >> Under the Interchange Options >> (On the Right side) Connection Options >> Click the button that says Credentials >> Test >> It should say "The specified credentials are Valid" >> Click Ok >> Then, Save.
